This step ensures every wrap meets the same high-quality standard, protects both you and the customer, and triggers your final payout.
Follow these guidelines for documentation, inspection, and job completion.
Final Inspection
Inspect the entire vehicle for alignment, cleanliness, and quality before submission.
Verify all graphics match the approved proof.
Check for bubbles, lifting, wrinkles, or contamination — correct them before photos.
Ensure all edges, seams, and corners are sealed and post-heated.
Clean the wrapped surfaces to remove fingerprints, adhesive, or residue.
🧽 Treat the final inspection as the customer's first impression.
Photo Documentation
Take well-lit, straight-on photos of all four sides of the vehicle.
Include close-up shots of edges, seams, and complex areas.
Ensure photos are clear, properly oriented, and free of glare.
Upload or send photos to Wrapmate immediately after completion.
Do not release the vehicle to the customer until Wrapmate has reviewed and approved your photos.

Completion Submission
Submit your photo set through your Wrapmate portal or directly to your assigned coordinator.
Wrapmate will review your work for quality and consistency with the production proof.
You'll be notified once the job is approved or if any adjustments are required.
After approval, you'll receive your final 50% payout automatically.

Customer Handoff
Wrapmate, not the installer, will notify the customer once their vehicle is ready.
Do not contact the customer directly to schedule pickup or discuss completion.
If the customer reaches out to you first, direct them politely to Wrapmate for updates.
