Communication Standards

Customer relationship: Wrapmate is your customer for this installation. The vehicle owner is our customer, and Wrapmate is responsible for ensuring they have an amazing experience.

Communication speed: Wrapmate is committed to fast, efficient communication — and we expect the same from our Pros. Respond quickly to messages, calls, and updates.

Issues: If any project you're working on experiences an issue, provide a direct update to Wrapmate immediately. Do not communicate issues directly to the customer. Wrapmate will respond promptly and resolve the matter fairly.

Completion photos: Pros must send completion photos to Wrapmate as soon as the installation is complete. Do not inform the vehicle owner that their wrap is finished — Wrapmate will notify the customer after reviewing and approving your photos.

📸 Tip: Clear, well-lit completion photos help ensure faster payment and final approval.

Professional Standards

Timeliness: Projects must be completed on the agreed date and within the confirmed budget unless prior approval is given for changes.

Communication: Report any issues (vehicle condition, material defects, or obstacles) to Wrapmate before or during installation — not after.

Customer respect: All interactions with Wrapmate customers must be professional, courteous, and aligned with Wrapmate's brand reputation.
